Amulet of Stormward

Properties:

1. Storm's Shield: While wearing this amulet, you have resistance to lightning damage.
2. Charged Retaliation: When a creature within 10 feet of you hits you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to unleash a burst of lightning. The attacker takes 2d6 lightning damage. This ability can be used a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all uses after a long rest.
3. Thunderous Chain Arc: As an action, you can use the amulet to hurl a bolt of lightning at one target within 60 feet. Make a ranged spell attack using your spell attack modifier (or your proficiency bonus + your Dexterity or Intelligence modifier if you lack a spellcasting ability). On a hit, the target takes 1d10 lightning damage.

   Immediately after the primary target is struck, lightning arcs from them to all enemies within 10 feet. Each affected creature must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Dexterity or Intelligence modifier). On a failed save, a creature takes lightning damage equal to your proficiency bonus, or half as much on a successful save.

   • The primary attack’s damage increases by 1d10 when you reach 5th level (2d10), 11th level (3d10), and 17th level (4d10).
   • You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses after a long rest.
