Illusory Discus

This small disc is 6 inches in diameter and appears to be made of silver metal with strips of mithril or admantine rings throughout it. A creature holding the disc can roll an Intelligence ability check (DC 13) to cause the disc to emanate an illusory bust of a creature they have seen before. The illusion hovers only a few inches above the disc but can be as much as a foot in size, as the user desires. The illusion is somewhat translucent and is obviously an illusion, requiring no check to discern its nature. The illusion remains active until it is dismissed as an action.
