The Artificer's Cloak of Holding is a creation of pure scientific, arcane ingenuity and artisan craftsmanship. The cloak made from any sort of fabric, cloth and fur is skilfully woven and put together.
The creation of the cloak is a difficult task, first requiring a cloak that was passionately made by the Artificer conducting the craft and rituals to create the cloak of holding.
- Extra-Dimensional Storage: The cloak has an extra-dimensional space within it. The cloak can hold up to 20 cubic feet of material or 200 pounds of weight without affecting its weight. Items stored within are not visible, and retrieving an item requires the wearer to reach into the cloak and mentally visualise the desired object.
- Organised Retrieval: Items in the cloak’s pockets are magically sorted by category (such as tools, potions, or scrolls). When the wearer reaches into the cloak, they can specify an item type (such as “potions”), and the cloak will direct the wearer’s hand to the correct pocket.
- Arcane Utility Drawer: Once per long rest, as an action, the wearer can pull a non-magical tool or artisan's equipment worth no more than 25 gp from the cloak. The tool disappears back into the cloak after 1 hour unless it is returned earlier.
