Weapon (spear), artifact (requires attunement by a a Divine Communion with Ysera, The Dreamer)

When you roll a Natural 18-20 on your attack roll with this magic weapon, the target takes an extra, 1d6 at levels 1-5, 1d8 at levels 6-10, 1d10 at levels 11-15, or 1d12 at levels 16-20, of the weapons current damage type and lowers the targets max HP by the amount of bonus damage done. The spear stores this "life energy" within it and as a full turn action can be placed into the ground to heal another willing target within 30ft of the weapon (Not including yourself) for any amount of the health stored.

Proficiency with a Spear allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
