The Greater Abyssal Lance is crafted from dragonmetal, through a ritual given to Ariakan by the Dark Queen, and the blood of all five Metallic Dragons are all needed to infuse the metal with the essence of darkness. Any people of good alignment who try to use this type of Abyssal Lance will be punished. The lance is more than fifteen feet in length, a black shaft, rust red colored barbed head, and a large black shield at the end of the lance. On this shield are the five Chromatic Dragon heads curling up to face outward. Some elements might be added to these lances, creating stronger lances such as a Flaming Greater Abyssal Lance.
