This silver amulet, shaped like Hermes’ winged sandals, pulses with divine swiftness. It grants the wearer unparalleled speed, agility, and the trickster god’s uncanny ability to slip through danger unseen.
Properties:
Fleet Footed. Your walking speed increases by 20 feet, and you ignore non magical difficult terrain.
Cunning Escape. When you take damage, you can use your reaction to teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space you can see. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your Dexterity modifier (minimum of 1) per long rest.
Master of Trickery. You can cast Invisibility on yourself as a bonus action once per short or long rest. Additionally, you can cast Dimension Door once per long rest.
Divine Messenger. You always understand and can speak all languages and can communicate telepathically with creatures within 120 feet that understand at least one language.
Wings of the Herald. As an action, you can summon spectral golden wings that grant you a flying speed of 60 feet for 10 minutes. Once used, this ability cannot be used again until the next dawn.
The Amulet of Hermes is a treasure of the gods, but Hermes himself is known for his mischief—should the wearer become too complacent, they may find the amulet has vanished, stolen by the god himself for another worthy trickster.
