This arrow has a mithral shaft and gives off the faint tingle of electricity when touched.
The arrow has a +1 to attack and damage rolls, and instantly teleports back to your hand with a mental command.
You can use your action to transform the arrow into the spell lightning bolt (save DC 15), by speaking the command word when the arrow is in flight. The arrow is consumed and disappears when you use this feature, but reappears at midnight somewhere on your person or nearby, usually in your quiver or among your belongings.
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
