An amulet of a gray skull with green jades set in its eyes.
While wearing this amulet, you can use an action to cast speak with dead, subject to all of the ordinary requirements of that spell.
Mental Toll: On use of this item, roll a DC10 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, you begin to see visions of the dead and are unable to speak with the living for one hour.
Once the amulet has been used, it may not be used again until completion of a long rest.
