An interesting amulet with the depiction of 2 women. On one side a woman holding a baby in her arms. On the other side a woman with wings or dragons to the sides, reaching up to the heavens.
The wearer becomes proficient in perception checks. If they wearer is already proficient in perception they gain expertise in perception checks.
The wearer gains darkvision while wearing the amulet. If the wearer already has darkvision or superior darkvision, extend the vision an additional 30 feet.
The amulet has 4 charges that can be used:
The wearer as a bonus action can expend 1 charge from the amulet to heal for 1d10 + Proficiency bonus.
Once the wearer has agreed to the promise or contract, they cannot part with the amulet willingly, until the promise or contract has been fulfilled.
Notes: Proficiency: Perception, Sense: Darkvision, Has 4 charges, orbs placed on the top, bottom, left and right. Regains 1d4 expended charges daily at dawn, character who chose to wear the amulet

Posted Jun 6, 2026problem with D&D beyond is the wording when you create magic items. I basically used other magical items descriptions that dnd beyond uses. Many players in my campaign understand how to use it.
