Arsenal, Rod of the War Mage

Imbued with strong aether and topped with an amethyst, this rod of gold and silver will be able to help a mage in any situation, close or afar.

While holding this rod, you gain a +1 to all spell attack rolls and spell DC for the spells you cast.

As an bonus action, you say a command word and your rod glows and shapes out a simple or martial weapon melee weapon of your choice that does not contain the Heavy property, with these weapons being made out of a purple energy with the rod as a grip.  These weapons act as a +1 weapon and uses your spellcasting modifier as your attack modifier, dealing force damage with said weapon instead of slashing, piercing, or bludgeoning damage.
