Artifact of the Kobold

A blood red, stone statuette with a square base that depicts a kobold wielding a shortsword. On the bottom of the statue's base is the word "Strength" in Quori, along with a mysterious symbol.

After 10 minutes of possession of the artifact, the user is granted the Pack Tactics ability, (The user has advantage on attack rolls against a creature if one or more of the user's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.)
