Wondrous Item, very rare

Description:
This amulet is crafted from cold, polished silver, shaped into a stylized raven skull. Its eye sockets are empty voids that seem to absorb light. When held, it emits a faint, almost subsonic hum, and the silver is perpetually icy to the touch, even in warm environments. A thin, almost invisible chain of shadow seems to constantly writhe just beneath its surface.

  • Raven's Gaze: As an action, you can activate the amulet. Your vision sharpens, allowing you to perceive undead creatures and creatures in the Ethereal Plane within 60 feet as though they are glowing with a faint, purple aura. This aura is visible to you even through solid objects, but you cannot see details of the obscured creature (e.g., you know something undead/ethereal is behind the door, but not what it is). This effect lasts for 1 minute or until you deactivate it as a bonus action.

  • Raven's Curse: When you hit an undead or ethereal creature with an attack, you can use a reaction to expend a charge from the amulet and inflict the Raven's Curse. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 15) or be cursed for 1 minute. While cursed, the target has disadvantage on attack rolls and saving throws against you.

  • Whispers of the Raven Queen: While wearing the amulet, you can communicate telepathically with ravens within 1 mile of you

Charges:

The amulet has 3 charges. It regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn.

When to Roll on the D6 Table:

Whenever you use the Raven's Gaze ability or use Raven's Curse, immediately after the effect ends (either after the full minute for Raven's Gaze, or after the cursed creature is no longer affected for Raven's Curse), you must roll on the d6 table. The Raven Queen's influence is fickle, and drawing upon her power always carries a risk.

| d6 | Effect s|

  1. Raven's Omen: A sense of impending doom washes over you, accompanied by the chilling sound of raven wings flapping nearby, even if no ravens are present. You gain disadvantage on all attack rolls, saving throws, and ability checks for the next hour.
  2. Shadow Step: You briefly flicker into the Ethereal Plane, reappearing up to 15 feet away. This movement does not provoke opportunity attacks.
  3. Spectral Raven: A spectral raven appears and distracts your enemies, giving you advantage on your next attack roll against a creature within 30 feet of the spectral raven. The raven disappears after the attack.
  4. Echoes of the Past: You hear faint whispers and see fleeting images of past events related to the location you are in. The DM provides a clue or hint related to the current situation.
  5. Dread: You are overcome with a feeling of dread, and your movement speed is halved for 1 round. You also have disadvantage on the next saving throw you make before the end of your next turn.
  6. Raven's Blessing: The Raven Queen's favor shines upon you, granting you advantage on your next saving throw.
