Wondrous Item, common
Item is not actually magical
These robes are generally worn by wizards and other spellcasters. They feature large sleeves that obfuscate the hands while casting a spell. Whenever you cast a spell while wearing the robes, attempts to notice or identify the somatic components are made with disadvantage.
