This Amulet is cursed with the tormented soul of one of the dark fighters in the war for Lumaria. When you put this on you have the voice of the lsot sole in your mind directing you to power and always power whether that be good or bad. you must succeed a wisdom saving throw DC25 to remove this, Each time you fail the DC goes up by 1, If DC reaches DC35 your mind is taken over by the tormented soul forever. Resets after a long rest. 

This Amulet is also imbued with necromantic magic. You know not what if any effects this may have

You can cast speak with the dead once per long rest.
