Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement)
A pair of arrows. One is made of a fine silver-like metal, the other is made of a translucent glass-like mineral. Once used, the arrows shatter into dust, reforming in the quiver of the attuned individual at the end of a long rest.
Stasis Arrow - when fired from a bow, causes the target to be frozen in time for one turn.
Arrow of Return - when fired from a bow, causes the target to return to the state they were in at the start of their last turn (hit points, spell slots, feats).
