You have immunity to all bludgeoning damage, disadvantage on Dexterity saves and ability checks, and do not feel any movement while wearing this armor.
Falling while wearing this armor is supremely uncomfortable as it pushes down on you body somewhat, but is still an improved experience at great heights.
Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
Notes: Immunity: Bludgeoning, Disadvantage: Dexterity Saving Throws, Disadvantage: Dexterity Ability Checks, Debuff, Combat, Warding, Str. 15 Required, Stealth Disadvantage
