Adder Stone

This type of smooth stone is often found near sources of water, from rivers to lakes. Naturally, over time, a hole is worn into its smoothed shape, and it is said in fables to take on magical qualities. This stone had its natural powers enhanced by etchings and focus, making the fables true to form.

• While on the user's person, they gain a +1 bonus to Wisdom Saving Throws and have Advantage on Saving Throws against being Charmed.
• Peer Through: As an Action, the user can peer through the hole in the stone. Until the start of their next turn, the user gains Advantage on Intelligence (Investigation) checks made to discern Illusions. The user can also see Invisible creatures and objects as if they were visible, and they can see into the Ethereal Plane. Ethereal creatures and objectsappear ghostly and translucent. This property can be used a number of times equal to the user's Proficiency Bonus, regaining all expended uses daily at Dawn.
