Amusing Coin Amulet

Depicting the laughing visage of Hyne the Amused, this gold coin has been hastily fashioned into an amulet to be worn by only the most cunning of his disciples. 

Once a creature has been killed by the party, tapping the coin three times and delivering a "killer one-liner" will grant 1d10 plus CON modifier of health to the bearer.

But Hyne is fickle, and any comment that instead displeases the God will sap health from the bearer, dealing 1d6 necrotic damage.

Additionally, it can be used in coin tosses where the player attuned to it will always be correct.
