Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a Druid)
While attuned to this amulet, the user can wild shape into fey creatures as well as beasts. The fey creature can be no larger than Medium sized and must have a CR of 1 or lower. The creature must meet all other requirements for Wild Shape. Some suggestions of wild shape transformations are listed below:
- Blink Dog
- Mite
- Darkling
- Satyr
- Goblin
- Boggle
- Worg
- Or any other creature that your DM agrees is appropriate and meets the conditions.
