An incense censer used for holy mass that has been corrupted and warped by a powerful necromancer for nefarious purposes.
When the censer is ignited by the wielder of it, it releases a cloud of dense green fog that shrouds the surrounding area (A maximum of 25ft.) and causes signs of necrosis and decay in enemies in the dense fog; However, a caveat to this is that any party member also suffers the same effect of the censer (If the wielder has not become attuned with the censer). Any living thing inside of the AOE of the censer's fog is to roll a constitution saving throw; Upon failure of the saving throw, the wielder rolls 2D12+2 poison damage for both the enemy and themselves.
Another caveat to the usage of the accursed censer is that enemies or party members classified under undead or are proficient in necromancy are completely immune to the effects of it; Which means that usage of the censer is entirely situational and depends on the circumstance. Usage of the censer is also limited to once per combat encounter.
Notes: Damage: Necrotic, Disadvantage: Constitution Saving Throws, Poisoned, Attunement with the censer allows for you and your respective party to become immune to the harmful effects of it, this can only be achieved when the wielder of the censer is Lvl.4+ and has taken a long rest whilst the censer is in their inventory.
