Deep in the halls of Dwarf Kings, there are skilled craftsmen who know the stone they work with better than any man knows himself. Among them there are few who can harness the vitality and energy of the stone quite like masons of the Rockhall mountains. Through generations of labor and passion they have mastered the art of communicating with the stone itself, giving them the ability to craft magnificent pieces of weaponry, jewelry and armor - masterworks one and all. One such artifact is the Amulet of Stoneheart.
This amulet is fashioned from venerable dark granite, moldedinto the shape of a mason's hammer. A singular black gem sits where the head and the handle meet, joining them together with unbreakable fortitude. One who is attuned with the voice of the stone can hear a gentle humming come from the gem.
While you are attuned to this amulet, you gain the following benefits:
- your Strength score increases by 1
- you gain immunity to the petrified condition
- you gain advantage on Strength (Athletics) and Dexterity (Acrobatics) checks as well as saving throws made to avoid the prone condition
"Go on, touch it. Feel it breathe. Listen to its voice. Down here, the stone is everything. It is shelter, it is a caretaker, it is the only friend you'll ever need. Heed it, and it will become a trusted ally. Threaten it, and it will become a fierce foe. And remember: No one commands the stone, you can only ask it to letyou shape it." Halim Groundbreaker, dwarven architect.
Notes: Immunity: Petrified, Advantage: Athletics, Advantage: Acrobatics, Bonus: Strength Score, Advantage: Saving Throws, Dwarf
