Amulet of the Planes

Amulet of the Planes allows the bearer see and explore other worlds in multiple existences through mind, body, and soul. Able travel to them instantaneously. When the adventurer shifts to an unknown world or plane of existence. The traveler has to stay in that world or existence for 90 days (24hr =1day) for the sentient amulet to remember it if the traveler wishes to return at a later date. Every time the traveler leaves and comes back to the same world or existence 90 days have passed since last left even though to the traveler it was only a few seconds or several years since the last time the person visited. When the bearer of The Amulet of the Planes is equipped, it will partly merge with the flesh of the person around the collar line of the neck and the gem will merge between the collarbones of the person. Once it has merged with the traveler the knowledge is implanted into the mind and can never be forgotten. It cannot be forcefully be removed from the bearer. Also when the traveler arrives at the destination the person will exist as if the person actually existed there (ie: Elemental Plane of Fire won't turn into burned jerky or DOA) The amulet stores and remembers up to  24 worlds and planes of the multiverse existences. The Traveler can transport other people up to 24 with them with the same time difference when left, but will not protect them the people from the hostile environments. The bearer can also send objects to other places by a touch of the objects up to 24 objects at a time. If the traveler dies the emulate will fade from existence and the knowledge and locations will be removed after 1000 years have passed. The origin of this item is unknown or will ever be known, some speculation about is that it's from an ancient of ancient powerful goddess created this item to give it bearer of the amulet the ability to see the infinite wonders of creation in all its glory. Also could possibly be more than one of these amulets out there.
