The Amulet of The Dragon, passed on from master to student in the Temple of The Dragon, grants it's wearer incredible abilities that enhance their speed, strength and other abilities, as well as granting them spells.
This Amulet grants the wearer multiple abilities and bonuses:
1. Ki points: the wearer gains +1 ki point starting at level 3 and increasing by one every 3 levels, to a total of +5.
2. Spells: the wearer gains 3 spells they have access to at level 3, 9 and 15, which can be cast once using a bonus action and recharge after a short or long rest.
3. Breath Attack: at level 15 the wearer gains a breath attack, which can be of any damage type they choose and cannot be used if the wearer is within the threatened area of an enemy creature. The breath attack can be used at no cost once per short rest and can be recharged up to three times with a successful DC 18 WIS check.
Notes: meditating for 1 hour while wearing the item.
