You can use an action to activate this ring. When you do, your Intelligence becomes 20 for 1 minute, unless it was already 20 or higher. When the minute ends make a DC 14 Intelligence saving throw (using your original intelligence score). On a fail, your Wisdom and Charisma scores become -4 until you take a short or long rest, unless they were already 7 or lower.
