A wooden staff with mushrooms growing on it, and an Amethyst at the end.
Once attuned, counts as a plus one magic focus for Wizards, Druids, and Sorcerers. Also allows an attuned wielder to cast the light cantrip.
This item is a reference to the Troglodyte Staff from the game Outward.
