Amulet of the Beast

This amulet is made from polished bone and carved with intricate depictions of wild animals in their natural habitats. When attuned, the wearer gains the following benefits:

1. Shifting Enhancement: Once per short rest, when you use your Shifting ability, you can add your Wisdom modifier to your AC for the duration of the transformation. Additionally, you gain advantage on Strength (Athletics) checks made to climb, jump, or swim while shifted.

2. Beast Bond: The amulet allows you to communicate with beasts while within 30 feet of you. This communication is limited to basic emotions, needs, and simple ideas but can be very useful for a ranger who spends a lot of time in the wild.

3. Nature’s Resilience: While attuned to this amulet, you have resistance to poison damage and advantage on saving throws against being poisoned.
