An armor set made from the scales, eyes, heart, and scales of a false hydra, the only way to forge it is to have a blacksmith who has himself slain a false hydra forge it. Upon attunement. The user can cast 2 new spells using 1 charge, "sorrowful glare" and "memory wipe." All charges reset at dawn.
Sorrowful glare: the user glares at a target, staring deep into their soul and erasing memories. The user can make a target prone for 1 round, erase the memory of a loved one from them, and make them weep.
Memory wipe: The user can erase a target's memories up to 5 years before the current day. (eg. ereasing 1 week before will erase all memories of that week)
With every turn, the eyes stare into the closest visible enemy's eyes, attempting intimidation as a free action
At the start of your turn, the heart heals 1d4 hp; when not in combat, the chestplate heals 8 health every minute
Every turn, you can use a bonus action to heal 2d12 instead
This armour consists of a coat and leggings (and perhaps a separate skirt) of leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal, much like the scales of a fish. The suit includes gauntlets.
Notes: Stealth Disadvantage
