The Ring of Magic Learning lets the wearer to now cast spells. While wearing the ring, you get +2 Intelligence. If you become attuned to the ring, it becomes impossible to remove unless the finger it is on is cut off. Removing the ring is a DC of 20. The wearer of the ring has 2 spell slots and no more and no less. All spells cast have a -3 on damage, if they are damaging spells. If they are not, instead of rolling a d20 for success, you must roll a percent dice and get above 50 for it to work.
Notes: Wearer can cast spells, +2 Intelligence, Ring is unremovable if attuned, DC of 20 for removing ring with magic, 2 spell slots only, -3 damage on spells, percent die instead of d20 if spell does not do damage, and roll must be above 50, non spell caster.
