This amulet was of a creation Elias the Primordial of Knowledge and Stra'la the Primordial of Time, both were creators of the universe. The purpose of the amulet was to contact the patheon of gods inhabiting the lands of Nepaula. Only seven of these amulets are known to exist, and magically manifested in the hands of the most worthy follower for each of the seven gods. They all appear to look the same, a large golden pendant with a rotating circle in the middle, but in the center, they all have a different colored gemstone, corresponding to a god. Some are in possession of wealthy kings, others locked away in a dragon's horde, and most are scattered throughout the world.
Amulet of the Nepaulan Gods can be used as a spellcasting focus.
On your turn, you can press the gemstone on the amulet as a bonus action, depending on the color gemstone, you have a chance to contact a specific god:
Bolor the God of War and Communism - Red
Peale the Goddess of Morality and Peace - Orange
Chlorinia the Goddess of Animals and Forests - Yellow
Straudicus the God of Lightning and Progress - Green
Reynasha the Goddess of Strategy and Magic - Blue
Veçulia the Goddess of Seasons and Moon - Purple
The creature forces the god to make a Wisdom, Intelligence, or Charisma Saving Throw (creature's choice) with a DC equal to the creature's score of the same saving throw (Example: Creature chooses Charisma saving throw, DC then equals creature's Charisma score). On a success, the god doesn't have to respond to the amulet and cannot be contacted for another 10 minutes. On a failure, the god manifests in a spectral appearance near the creature that only they can see. The spectral form cannot interact with the environment, cast spells, attack, or be heard by other creatures. It can phase through walls and cannot be more than 10 feet from the creature that summoned them. The god can only speak the languages it knows:
Bolor - All languages
Peale - Common, Elvish, Sylvan, Halfling, Infernal, Abyssal
Chlorinia - Common, Sylvan, Primordial, Abyssal, Deep Speech, Animal (can speak with beasts)
Straudicus - All languages
Reynasha - Common, Primordial, Telepathy 60 ft, Deep Speech
Veçulia - Common, Animal, Sylvan, Halfling, Dwarvish, Infernal
The spectral forms have truesight and know the presence of any creatures within 120 ft. Anti-magic fields and counterspells cannot interrupt this connection or prevent it from happening. After 1d4 minutes, the god can choose to dismiss their spectral form and end the connection. The god's form can use its action to roll a d12, then it can either add or subtract the amount they get from any roll made by a creature within 120 ft. once before their next turn.
While the creature is wearing the amulet, the god that corresponds to the amulet can telepathically speak with the creature and read its thoughts, but the creature cannot telepathically communicate with the god unless the god allows it. The amulet can only be destroyed by the god it corresponds to, and each individual amulet must be destroyed in a specific way that only the Primordials know about.
