Necrotic Counterstrike (2× per Long Rest):
- When an enemy hits the wearer with a melee weapon attack, the wearer can use their reaction to force the attacker to make a Constitution saving throw (DC = 8 + Proficiency Bonus + Constitution Modifier).
- On a failure:
- The attacker takes 1d6 + CON modifier necrotic damage.
- Their movement speed is reduced by 10 feet until the wearer's next turn.
- On a success:
- The attacker takes half damage but does not suffer the movement reduction.
- On a failure:
Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
