Wondrous Item, very rare

Created by mad artificers to clear structures, destroy constructs and breach Castle Gates; this Magical explosive thrums with barely contained power.  The satchel charge will adhere to any surface once it's command word has been set and the delay has been instructed.  The Charge will not activate if not adhered to a surface.

Using a bonus action speak a command word to activate.  Upon activation specify the number of rounds for the charge to wait before detonating between 0(instant) to 5(30 seconds).  Detonation occurs first thing on the initiative count that it was set on after the specified rounds.  If attempting to adhere the charge to a creature make an attack roll and add your Dex Modifier.  If you miss, activation will fail.

When the charge detonates a blast of intense thunder force blasts out of the charge in a 10ft radius.  Any creatures within 10ft of the charge must make a Constitution saving throw of DC 17 or take 10d8 Thunder Damage and be knocked prone.  On a successful save creatures take half damage and remain standing.

A Constructs and creatures made of solid inorganic material such as stone, crystal, or metal has disadvantage on this saving throw.  Structures automatically fail this save.  A non-magical object that isn't being worn or carried also takes the damage if it's in the spell's area.

If a creature attempts to remove the satchel charge from the surface it is attached to needs to make a DC20 strength check to succeed.  If successfully removed, the charge will detonate automatically at the end of the creature's turn.

This is a siege device; structures take double damage from the detonation.
