Weapon (club), common

Truncheon: A club 18 inches in length with two grips at right angles to each other where the hilt becomes shaft.  It is wooden, ash or hickory, with a drilled-out core filled with lead, Ends and connections are capped with brass rings. It is surprisingly heavy and yet balanced for nimble control.  A common implement of city-watch and cell-guards, intended mainly to subdue without being lethal.  A critcal hit will render a humanoid unconscious, no save. An unnatural 20 renders a humanoid unconscious, save CON DC 10 +proficency bonus.

Proficiency with a Club allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
