A strange timepiece, with 8 notches in place of a normal clock face, and a dial in place of the normal hands. There is a small red line marked on the 4th notch.

All the Time in the World - As a bonus action, you can turn the dial any number of notches (up to 4). Once the dial is released, time is momentarily frozen for everything but the attuned user's perception, each notch being equivalent to one second in stopped time.

• 1 Second - Bonus Action, such as making a skill check that does not require you to move
• 2 Seconds - Action. Actions you can take include: Pinpoint (gain a +2 bonus against an enemy until you hit them), Brace (gain a +2 to AC against the next attack that would hit you), or any other action that does not require you to move.
• 4 Seconds - Prepare. Prepare a single attack with a light weapon, which can then be unleashed as a reaction

The watch only has 4 seconds, and each used second is regained at the next dawn

1. Unstable Device - If you have not used up any time, you can turn the dial past the fourth notch, consuming a full action instead of a bonus action. This is not reccomended.
