Ali Baba's Wee Booties (with shield)

These boots are meant to be used with one of the following shields; Chargin' Targe, Splendid Screen, and Tide Turner. While attuned to these boots you gain the following benefits; your hit point maximum increases by 25, while holding a shield your walking speed increases by 10 ft., and when you reduce a creature to 0 hit points with a melee attack from the bonus action attack from the Chargin' Targe, Splendid Screen, or Tide Turner you regain 10 ft. of your walking speed.
