This fiery red potion swirls and bubbles, and it seems to crackle when you shake it. The label has a skull in flames on it and reads: “WARNING! HOTHEADS ONLY!".
This potion is a magic item. As a Bonus Action, you can drink it or administer it to another creature within 5 feet of yourself. The creature that drinks the magical fluid in this bottle gains access to fire breathing while raging. If the potion is drank when the creature is not raging, is has no effect. Immediately after consuming the potion, the creature takes 1d4 fire damage.
Fire Breath: You can use an action to breathe fire in a 30 feet cone originating from your mouth. All targets in the cone take 1d6+3 fire damage. Targets can make a DC 13 Dex save to halve damage. You can use this ability twice, or until your rage ends, whichever comes first.
