Amulet of Cause

An amulet made of gold and a mysterious yellow gem. Once per day, you can twist the gem on the amulet doing so will give you another turn at the end of the turn order. During this turn, time will appear to be stopped and your movement will look to be 2x slower. In the time stop turn you get 1 action, no bonus action, and your movement and amount of attacks you have are halved. You get advantage on all non-spell attacks, any spells that require a DEX save are auto-failed. Once time stop is over whatever you did will happen during the start of the turn order however you must roll a wisdom check of 16, on a failed check you must roll on the short-term madness table. You can only use this amulet if you have a 16 or higher wisdom score.
