The Sword is wielded by all the Dog Warriors of the Cyno cult. It contains a miniature dog head at the bottom of it. Each dog head has a poisonous mouth, can speak but mostly barks, and gives the warrior wielding it strength. Cyno can see through the eyes of all the dog heads and can control them. The sword becomes a regular sword in the hands of one who is not loyal to Cyno.
Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
