Aaachu’s Wand of Sneezing

“A wand up the nose makes one sneeze I suppose.” —Aaachu.

This wand does not work as a Spellcasting Focus. The bearer of Aaachu’s Wand of Sneezing may use one action to make an attack roll with Aaachu’s Wand of Sneezing against one creature within 5 feet of the bearer. The bearer gains no bonus to their attack roll. If the attack hits the target, the targeted enemy sneezes uncontrollably due to the brute force of 15 inches of unsanded wood forcibly penetrating their nostril.

Upon a successful hit the creature being targeted gains the Stunned Condition for 12 seconds, the Frightened Condition for 12 seconds, and the Blinded Condition for 6 seconds. This creature also takes one point of piercing damage.
