Arm Wraps of the Monks of the Eladrin

These are tightly woven bands of wood from the trees in the Eldarin forest home and mithril that has been sung to and woven into the wood. They will wrap themselves around the wearer during a moon lit evening when anointed with the proper oils during the a ceremony that is held in the monks ancestral monastery. They were created by the Eladrin monks to provide the monks with a blessing from the forest gods to the monks who protect the lands and elven peoples.

They have these benefits:

• The wearers AC is increased by +2
• As a bonus action a mithril line can shoot from either one of the bands up to 150 feet in a straight line and anchor itself to an object or surface. Living creatures have a DC 14 Dexterity check or be entangled. The thread can be escaped not broken on a dc 20 Dexterity check. The thread will retract at will, or when the other wrap sends a thread out.
• When the thread retracts without releasing the other end it will pull up to 600 lbs of weight. An opposed strength check is made if it is a creature. creatures larger then the monk are at advantage, creatures smaller than the monk are at disadvantage to resist being pulled in. The movement for this type of retract action is the monks movement in feet per round. If the monk is able to move toward the creature being pulled the monk may move their movement toward the creature or object and meet half way.
