Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement by a Must have an arm missing, or cut off an arm to equip this, and once it is attuned, it can never be detached unless the wearer dies.)
This prosthetic appendage was developed by R.O.R.Y, the glitchling artificer that works for the pokemon professor Root in Aetheria. This Arm was made for Mister, a goblin mystic who also happens to be an Aether Breacher, someone stolen from his home world and placed into a new world with new powers.
While attached, the prosthetic provides these benefits:
- The prosthetic is a fully capable part of your body.
- You can take an action to remove the prosthetic, and it removes itself if your attunement to it ends. It can't be removed against your will.
- The prosthetic is a magic melee weapon with which you're proficient. It deals 1d8 force damage on a hit and has the thrown property, with a normal range of 20 feet and a long range of 60 feet. When thrown, the prosthetic detaches and flies at the target of the attack, then immediately returns to you and reattaches.
- once every short rest, you can spend an action to fire off a blast of pure Aether. you can choose an amount of PSI points to focus into Aether and fire it out, for every PSI point you choose it does 1d4 force damage. This way, you could sacrifice only 5 PSI points for 5d4, or 32 PSI points for 32d4.
- alternatively, you could choose your max amount of PSI points, whether you have them or not, to fire off a blast equal to your whatever your max PSI points is in d4's. however, when you do this, you fall unconscious, using a powerful blast for one final stand. You become stable, so you do not take or need death saving throws, but unconscious nonetheless.
Notes: Must have an arm missing, or cut off an arm to equip this, and once it is attuned, it can never be detached unless the wearer dies.
