Once used by the infamous trickster April, this dagger is imbued with the power of fooling. This item has 10 charges which are regained at dawn, which can be used to perform one of the following actions.
- Spray up to 1 cup of blood from the dagger's tip. It is real blood, and no one who sees it will be able to tell it was created through magic.
- Gain advantage on Charisma (deception) or Dexterity (slight of hand) checks for 10 minutes.
- Change this item's appearance to any other weapon that you have seen for 1 hour.
- Add the fingerprints of anyone you have shaken hands with in the last 24 hours.
- Clean this item of any blood, dirt or fingerprints that may be on it.
- Create a perfect copy of this weapon, but without magical properties. The copy retains any changes to the item's appearance, but with infinite duration. Only one copy can exist at a time, so if a second copy is created, the first one disappears.
- The blade of this weapon grows 5 feet for 10 minutes, the extra length is invisible and has no weight. The weapon has reach for the duration.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
