Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a spellcaster)
As a bonus action, the wearer may expend a charge to momentarily distort the flow of time for themselves, allowing them to take an additional action immediately after their turn once per long rest. The distortion effect resets at dawn, restoring all exxpended charges.
