Angelic Divine Tessen

From the average outside observer this blue and green feathered fan appears to be a simple showgirl prop. However, concealed beneath its colorful feathers lies a bladed weapon that thrums with enchantment magic.

Since being enhanced by the Forge of Spells, the Tessen now has the ability to split into two fans: one blue and one green. When split, you can add your ability modifier to the damage of the second attack.

While wielded by a Bard, the wielder is proficient with the Tessen and can cast the Gust cantrip.

In response to external threats, the bearer may invoke the Tessen’s special ability: GOOD LUX BABE 

GOOD LUX BABE: When a creature makes a melee attack against you or an ally within a 15 radius centered around you, you may use your reaction to expend one Bardic Inspiration to attempt to disarm the target, forcing it to drop one item of your choice that it’s holding. The target must make a Charisma saving throw, and you subtract the Bardic Inspiration die from the enemy’s saving throw. On a failed save, it drops the object you choose. The object lands at its feet.

Once you use this ability, you can’t do so again until you finish a short or long rest.

Additionaly while dual-wielding, the wielder may invoke the Tessen’s hidden power: DIVINE ANGEL

DIVINE ANGEL: Using your action, your fans act as wings and grant you a flying speed of 40ft. Your arm’s movements are required to keep you in the air and thus, you are incapable of making weapon attacks or casting spells that require a somatic component. 

Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
