An arrow containing a fireball spell along its tip ( 6d6 fired damage 20ft radius ). If a target it struck with the arrow, they take max damage from the fireball and cannot roll to lower damage.

Reduces max range by 10ft

If the user rolls a Nat 1 on their attack roll, the spell goes off in the bow
