Upon striking an area, this arrow casts the Meteor swarm spell. If this arrow strikes a target, all 4 meteors from the swarm strike the target directly, dealing 20d6 fire damage and 20d6 bludeoning damage per meteor, the target tailing full damage upon failing a DC20 Dex save.
