Amulet of Erza

This elegant, iridescent amulet pulses faintly with otherworldly energy, its gemstone surface shifting like silk under moonlight. Long ago, it belonged to Erza, a paladin of poise and power, blessed by a now-forgotten fairy goddess. The amulet once opened portals to an endless divine armory, but time and neglect have worn its magic thin—leaving behind a single, radiant pocket of possibility.

Attunement Ritual. To attune to the Amulet of Erza, a creature must bind it to a being of significant power—a deity, archfey, infernal patron, or other extraplanar entity. The process is a short, personal ritual (1 hour), during which the wearer forges a symbolic pact or act of devotion. The energy type that manifests when the amulet is activated reflects the nature of this bond (e.g., radiant for divine, flame or frost for elemental, shadowy tendrils for fiends, etc.).

Wardrobe Shift. As a bonus action, the wearer may perform a series of somatic gestures—swift, elegant, and arcane—to activate the amulet. When they do, they are engulfed briefly in energy tied to their binding entity, and instantly switch into a stored ensemble of:

• One set of armor or clothing

• One shield

• One weapon

These items must have been in the wearer’s possession when stored and cannot be magical themselves unless the wearer is already attuned to those items. The items are housed in a small extraplanar space within the amulet and vanish or appear with the use of this feature. Only one configuration can be stored at a time; adding a new one overwrites the previous.

Divine Limitation. The magic of the amulet is taxing, even in its diminished state. The wearer may use the Wardrobe Shift feature a number of times equal to their proficiency bonus per long rest.
