A normal shortsword but whether or not it hits is not decided by a dice roll, instead it is decided by a coin flip you call it before the flip or in the air and if it lands on the side you called it is a critical success if not it is a critical failure
(While it does only do the damage of a normal shortsword you can enchant it with magic to make it do more damage or have elemental properties)
Proficiency with a Shortsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
