Arcane Annihilator (Not Mine)

For Generations Artificers and Wizard have been working on a way to mix stronger technology with their magic. Finally they landed on an idea that would lead the generations of both artificers and wizards in the right direction. The Arcane Annihilator (One of the children were helping name it). This Magic (Flamethrower) is able to store Magic and with using that nozzle they can extend the spell that is being used. 

• Makes a touch spell have a range of 30ft
• Can increase the range of spells into a 30ft cone
• Can spread a single target spell into a widespread spell to effect multiple targets at once
