he Aegis of the Tempest is a striking set of armor made from a smooth, deep blue metal that glimmers with arcane symbols reminiscent of storm clouds. When worn, the armor appears to shimmer and pulse lightly, like the heartbeat of a tempest. It is adorned with motifs of lightning, and faint thunderous sounds can be heard when the wearer moves. You have a +3 bonus to AC while wearing this armor.
Storm's Wrath: Once per long rest, you can call upon the power of the storm to unleash a bolt of lightning as a ranged spell attack. On a hit, it deals 4d10 lightning damage, and the target must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking half damage on a success.
Elemental Resilience: While wearing this armor, you gain resistance to lightning damage and advantage on saving throws against being paralyzed or stunned.
This armor is made of narrow vertical strips of metal riveted to a backing of leather that is worn over cloth padding. Flexible chain mail protects the joints.
Notes: Bonus: Armor Class, Advantage: Saving Throws, Resistance: Lightning, Combat, Warding, Str. 15 Required, Stealth Disadvantage
