This item appears as a tightly knit, mundane sleeveless shirt when worn. However, when the wearer transforms into a larger shaped physique - such as a werewolf taking on their lupine form - this shirt stretches to fit them and in so doing the knit expands to become fishnet-like. While expanded in this way, the wearer has advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) checks against creatures that find the wearer attractive.
